What is Dog Town?
Dogtown San Diego is a dog lover's community site designed to allow its members to support and celebrate all the joy dogs bring into our lives. Dogtown San Diego is a place to hang out with other dog lovers because non-dog people just don’t get it.
Dogtown strives to give its members fresh content to help make our dog’s lives happier and healthier. We will also attempt to bring fun dog related videos and articles to put a smile on your face and lighten up your “dog eat dog” world.
At Dogtown we have a strong commitment to do what we can to support our local pet charities. As we grow we will be donating proceeds from this site in support of the good work being done right here in our town.
Dogtown is a work in progress and we look forward to growing with you to move this town in the right direction so that this town will truly go to the dogs.

If you live in San Diego then you know September is the month when canine surfers from all over the county take to the surf.

Tip of the Week
Put your new puppy on leash and encourage him to come with you around the house as you do chores. This will teach him that he should follow you instead of you following after him.

During every Sunday home game, PETCO will feature a local animal shelter or rescue group partner at PETCO Park.
